刺繍をイメージしたシリーズですので全てこだわって作っているのですが、トップの部分はまるで刺繍で作ったアップリケのようなモチーフが付いています。
チェーンの部分にもビーズを一つ一つワイヤーで繋ぎ合わせてチェーンとした、とても繊細なお作りになっています。
今回3型あるロングのネックレスはメガネチェーンとしてもお使いいただけるようになっています。
別売りでこの金具をご購入いただくと、ネックレスをメガネチェーンとしてもお使いいただけるようになります。
メガネチェーン用の金具をメガネのつるに通していただいて、それぞれ金具がついていますのでネックレスの金具をネックレスをつけるのと同様に止めていただくと、ロングのネックレスをメガネチェーンとしてもお使いいただけるようになります。

モンシロのアイテムは、職人たちが手作業で一つ一つのビーズを刺繍のように、金属の土台を縫うように組み付けて作っている作品が多いのですが、
全て一つ一つバランスを見ながら工程を手作業で行うことで、美しい作品に仕上げることができています。
今回も一つ一つのビーズを縫い止めるように作っているシリーズになっておりますが、アップリケのような表現をすることで、どこか懐かしさを感じるようなデザインに仕上がったシリーズです。

制作の間、アトリエの周りは雨の季節でした。
この時期は植物が力強く成長する時期です。
雨が降るたびに緑が深くなっていくようで、私はこの時期がとても好きです。
雨の降る窓からの景色や、雨間に見られる、水に濡れた景色がとても美しいです。
とても貴重なヴィンテージパーツを使用し、とても美しいコレクションに仕上がりました。
