シルバーグラスネックレス(ススキネックレス)
秋風に揺れるススキの花穂をイメージし、美しく繊細なビーズで表現したネックレスです。
使用しているのは、フランスで買い付けたアンティークのスフレガラス。100年前に吹きガラスの技法でつくられたもので、もともとはオートクチュールのドレス刺繍のために生み出された特別なビーズです。現在ではその製法は失われ、今あるストックが尽きれば二度と出会えない、大変貴重な素材となっています。
直径わずか1.5mmほどという極小のビーズを、ひとつひとつ吹いて作り出す繊細な技術は驚きであり、個体差があるからこそ生まれる揺らぎが、とても可愛らしい表情を添えています。
ショートタイプのデザインで、トップにはヴィンテージのガラスパールを飾りました。片側は一連、もう片側は二連のデザインになっており、つける位置によって印象が変わるのも魅力です。特別な素材と遊び心あるデザインを併せ持つ、唯一無二のネックレスです。
このネックレスは、ビーズの特性によりワイヤー製の糸を使用しております。
跡がつきやすい素材のため、保管の際は折り曲げず、平らな状態もしくは吊るした状態での保管をおすすめいたします。
silver grass necklace/Susuki Necklace
This necklace is inspired by the graceful pampas grass swaying in the autumn breeze, delicately formed with fine beading.
The beads are antique French soufflé glass, crafted over 100 years ago using a blown-glass technique originally created for haute couture dress embroidery. Today, the method has been lost, making these beads an exceptionally rare treasure—once the remaining stock is gone, they will never be produced again.
Measuring only about 1.5mm in diameter, each bead is astonishingly hand-blown, resulting in subtle variations that bring movement and charm to the piece. The uniqueness of each bead makes the necklace feel alive with delicate character.
Designed as a short-length necklace, it is accented with a vintage glass pearl at the center. One side is composed of a single strand, while the other features a double strand, allowing the necklace to shift in expression depending on how it is worn. A rare blend of precious antique materials and playful design, this piece is truly one of a kind.
Due to the nature of the beads, this necklace is strung with wire thread.
As the material is prone to retaining bends or creases, please store the necklace either laid flat or hung, and avoid folding when not in use.
