ヤドリギは、冬の森の中でも緑を失わず、
木の上に浮かぶように育つ少し不思議な植物です。
古くからヨーロッパでは、
夜が長くなる季節になると、
人々はこの植物を特別な存在として眺めていたそうです。
虫の音も減り、森が静まり返る夜。
葉を落とした木々の間に
ヤドリギの白い実だけがほのかに目に入る。
そんな風景が、
「夜の中にも、まだ何かが満ちている」
という感覚を与えてくれたのかもしれません。
ヤドリギは、
冬へ向かう静かな夜を象徴するような植物として、
物語や習慣の中に残っていきました。

Le gui est une plante légèrement mystérieuse
qui conserve sa verdure même dans la forêt hivernale,
poussant comme suspendue sur les branches des arbres.
Depuis longtemps en Europe,
lorsque les nuits s’allongent,
les gens considéraient cette plante comme une présence particulière.
Les nuits où le chant des insectes s’atténue
et où la forêt devient silencieuse,
seules les baies blanches du gui
apparaissent doucement entre les branches dénudées.
Peut-être ce paysage a-t-il donné
le sentiment que, même au cœur de la nuit,
quelque chose continue de se remplir en silence.
Le gui est ainsi resté dans les récits et les usages
comme un symbole des nuits calmes
qui mènent vers l’hiver.
Ce design est orné de perles vintage
et de perles aux teintes doucement lumineuses,
afin d’exprimer la beauté de la forme du gui.

Mistletoe

Mistletoe is a slightly mysterious plant that remains green even in the winter forest,
growing as if it were floating among the branches of trees.
In Europe, from ancient times,
as the nights grew longer,
people are said to have regarded this plant as something special.
On nights when the sounds of insects fade
and the forest falls still,
only the pale berries of mistletoe
gently catch the eye among the leafless branches.
Perhaps such a scene gave rise to the feeling
that even within the night,
something is still quietly filling the space.
Mistletoe has remained in stories and customs
as a symbol of calm nights leading into winter.
This design is finished with vintage pearls
and softly luminous beads,
expressing the beauty of the mistletoe’s form.
